Dr. Liza Grandia ("Professor Canary") can be booked (for free) for PTA talks or other parent education at your school about ways to green the home on a budget.  Presentations available in both Spanish and English.  You don't need to be Gwyneth Paltrow and buy a lot of Goop to go green and make your homes healthier for your children.

Dr. Grandia was one of thirteen national winners of a 2017-18 Mellon "New Directions" fellowship for her research on the "Toxic Trespass" of chemicals in everyday life.  A ten year cancer survivor, she loves sharing what she has learned about the environmental causes of cancer and how to prevent becoming one of the two Americans who will be diagnosed in their lifetimes.
